Behind the Scenes: Our EDP Interview About PCIFIC
Last week, we had an incredible opportunity to sit down with the Eastern Daily Press (EDP) to discuss PCIFIC, our journey, and our mission.
The EDP interview gave us a platform to dive deeper into what PCIFIC is all about. At its core, PCIFIC is an online marketplace where anyone can sell their unused tech for free. Whether it’s an old laptop gathering dust or spare PC parts lying around, we’re helping people unlock the value of their tech while promoting sustainability.
We also spoke about why we started PCIFIC—as Norfolk brothers passionate about tech and upcycling, we wanted to create a space where buying and selling tech isn’t just easy but also environmentally conscious. With e-waste becoming a growing problem, our platform aims to empower people to make a positive difference while making money or saving on great deals.
Some key topics we explored during the interview included:
Our Launch Journey: From brainstorming the idea to going live, we reflected on the challenges and wins that brought PCIFIC to life.
Sustainability Focus: How PCIFIC encourages upcycling and reduces e-waste, contributing to a more circular economy.
Seller Opportunities: We shared how small businesses, such as custom PC builders, can benefit from our priority listings and homepage showcases.
Community Impact: Our vision of building a supportive, transparent marketplace for tech enthusiasts and everyday users alike.
The EDP interview wasn’t just a moment to look back—it was also a chance to talk about what’s ahead. With the platform live for just over a month, we’re already seeing incredible engagement from users. But we’re just getting started!
We’re working on new features to enhance the user experience, including price estimation tools and analytics dashboards for sellers.

Being featured by a publication as respected as the EDP is an honour, and we’re so grateful for the chance to share our story with their readers. We hope this inspires more people to join our journey—whether as sellers, buyers, or supporters of a more sustainable tech economy.
Thanks to everyone for the support!
