1. How to Start Your Listing

  • On Desktop: Click the Sell button in the top navigation bar.
  • On Mobile: Tap the Selling icon in the main menu.

2. The Five High-Impact Images

Images are the heart of your listing. While you can upload up to 14 photos, the top five images are the most critical. This is because the Pcific AI specifically reads these five images to build your listing.

Pro Tip for Better Results

The more context you give the AI, the better the results. For devices like laptops or phones, make sure your top images include:

  • Clear shots of the front, back, and sides.
  • A photo of the About This Device or Settings screen showing the exact specs.
  • Any original packaging or accessories.

3. Let Pcific AI Do the Work

Once you upload your photos and provide a brief description, Pcific AI goes to work. Using its internal database and web search capabilities, it will automatically populate:

  • Core Details: Title, Brand, Model, and Category.
  • Physical Specs: Condition, Colour, and Included Accessories.
  • Technical Data: Category-specific details (like screen resolution for laptops or USB-C charging for phones).

Important Note: While the AI is incredibly smart, you are entirely responsible for the final content of your listing. Always review the details. You can easily overwrite any information at any time if you need to make a correction.

4. Pricing and Quantity

  • Suggested Price: If there are 5 or more similar items in the same condition and category, our system will suggest a competitive price for you.
  • Manual Pricing: If you have a specific price in mind or there aren't enough similar listings yet, you can set your own price.
  • Quantity: Specify how many units of this exact item you have available.

5. Shipping and Protection

Pcific offers two clear tiers of shipping to keep your tech safe. Both options are fully tracked for your peace of mind.

The Shipping Options

  1. Standard Shipping: Handled via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is the default for items under £300.
  2. Protected Shipping: Handled via DPD Tracked 24. This is our premium secure service. Items over £300 are automatically upgraded to Protected Shipping.

Note: If your item is under £300, you can still choose to manually upgrade it to Protected Shipping if you prefer the extra security.

6. Final Steps and Optional Extras

  • Optional Extras: Are you including a protective case, a premium charging cable, or an extra controller? Add these here to make your listing stand out.
  • Earnings Summary: Check the bottom of the page to see exactly what you will earn. With 0% fees, what you see is what you get.

Choose Your Action

  • Publish Now: Your listing goes to our team for a quick review and then goes live.
  • Save Draft: Save your progress and finish it later.
  • Discard: Delete the listing if you no longer wish to sell.
