PCIFIC Returns Policy
Your return rights on PCIFIC depend on whether you purchased your item from a Private Seller or a Business Seller. The seller’s status is always clearly displayed on the item listing.
1. Buying from a Private Seller
When you buy from a private individual, PCIFIC operates a strict no "change of mind" policy. Because these are private, consumer-to-consumer sales, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or find a better price elsewhere.
However, your purchase is still covered by our Buyer Protection. You are eligible for a return and refund if you report the issue within 48 hours of delivery/collection, and the item meets one of the following criteria:
- Damaged in Transit: The item arrives physically damaged due to shipping.
- Significantly Not As Described: The item has material defects or condition issues not disclosed in the listing.
- Wrong Item Sent: You received a completely different item than the one you ordered.
- Counterfeit or Locked: The item is counterfeit, stolen, blacklisted, or activation-locked (e.g., iCloud, MDM) without clear disclosure.
2. Buying from a Business Seller (Trader)
When you buy from a registered Business Seller on PCIFIC, you are protected by UK consumer law, which grants you a 14-day cooling-off period.
- Change of Mind: You have the right to cancel your order and return the item for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
- Condition of Return: To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be returned in the exact condition you received it, with all original accessories and packaging. You may be responsible for the cost of the return postage for change-of-mind returns, depending on the seller's specific store policy.
- Faulty or Misdescribed Items: If the item arrives damaged, faulty, counterfeit, or significantly not as described, you are fully covered under PCIFIC's Buyer Protection. You must report shipping damage or missing items to support@pcific.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a smooth resolution.
3. How to Request a Return
If you need to return an item, whether under Buyer Protection or the 14-day cooling-off period (Business Sellers only), please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email support@pcific.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Provide Evidence (If Applicable): If you are claiming the item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you must include clear photos or videos showing the issue. For transit damage, you must include photos of the original shipping packaging.
- Return the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the next steps and a return shipping label (if applicable). The item must be posted back promptly.
Important: Any attempt to repair, modify, or alter the device yourself before PCIFIC or the seller can inspect the issue will immediately void your eligibility for a return.
